Tayana 37 Mk II - Classic Offshore Cruiser

This great example of the classic Robert Perry design Tayana 37 is a solid platform to circumnavigate the world.  This a great sized and capable sailboat for cruising inland waters or upgrading for offshore passage making.  Perfect opportunity for the offshore voyager who will put some sweat equity into a very clean and functional vessel.  NO ODORS!  Interior woodwork is near new condition, showing little wear and no water penetrations.  The teak interior floors are excellent.  Fuel tank has been upgraded to aluminum. NO TEAK DECKS model, so no need to worry about deck integrity.  Exterior teak is natural oiled in good condition and needs some cosmetic attention in a few areas.  Standing rigging, running rigging, cushions and sails are worn and serviceable. The canvas has expired, so she needs main cover and dodger (dodger frame is here).  The original nonskid is wearing thin in some places, easily remedied with roll-on KiwiGrip. The reliable Perkins 4-108 diesel shows 3310 hours and no operational issues known. Transmission recently rebuilt (Sept 21).  Current owner has enjoyed Tundra Spirit for the past 8 years, mostly light use San Juan Islands cruising summers and haul out to dry storage in winters.  New bottom paint 2020, new battery charger, new hot water heater and some newer electrical work and batteries in recent years.  Lovely Walker Bay 8' hard dinghy with newer Honda 2hp outboard.  Expired valise life raft and EPIRB.  Nice sail inventory, including cruising spinnaker (near new) with sock and storm jib.  Cutter rig with 2 mains, 2 genoa (110%) and staysail.  Schaefer headsail furler.  Nilsson Electric Windlass. 3 anchors. Davits. Refer needs to be recharged with coolant. Hot/Cold pressure water with separate shower stall. 110 shore power.  Radar (older).  GPS (Garmin EchoMap). 

Tundra Spirit has been hauled and parked in dry storage for the winter.  Easily viewed but needs appointment to get into the secure storage yard.
